Terms of Service

1. Using Morph
Morph is a macOS desktop app and workspace for internal apps built by your agent. It works with BYO CLI coding agents, including Claude Code, Codex, and other command-line agents. You provide and are responsible for your own agent credentials, subscriptions, prompts, repositories, and generated output.
2. Workspaces and sharing
Morph supports local workspaces designed to run on your machine and optional hosted cloud workspaces that run in E2B sandboxes. If you publish or share an app, anyone holding its share URL may be able to reach it. You are responsible for deciding what to place in a workspace or make available through a share URL.
3. Accounts and paid add-ons
Some features require an account. The core product is free forever with BYO coding agent and local workspaces. Hosted cloud workspaces (E2B minutes), team sharing, and viewer seats are paid add-ons. Stripe processes payments; purchase terms and prices are shown at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Morph to break the law, access systems without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade limits, or violate another person's rights. You must have the rights needed for the code, data, and content you use or share.
5. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when needed to protect users or the service. Software and services are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Morph is provided without implied warranties. Morph is not responsible for output produced by your coding agent or for losses caused by your code, credentials, integrations, or sharing choices. Any enforceable limitation of liability remains subject to the legal review noted above.
